The inspection is an independent, objective evaluation of the condition of the elements of your home that is accurate and very informative. Our inspections and reports comply with the 'ASHI® Standards of Practice'.

Each of these elements are further broken down in the detailed report and are described in terms of safety risk or the lack of functionality. All material defects are clearly marked in the report. (Many home inspectors do not provide that information.) This information helps you to understand how your new house compares to other houses. Components, that are near the end of their useful service lives, are also highlighted. Our reports are very detailed and specific to your home; we do not generate a generic checklist report. Simply stated, we inspect every component that we are able to see and follow with a descriptive, powerfully written report. The 'ASHI® Standards of Practice' provide a lot more information about the scope of the inspection.
